We will respond to your request within a reasonable period (generally within 30 days) and will not charge you for making a request, although we may charge a reasonable fee for providing access if the request requires significant effort to fulfil.

We may refuse a request for access in certain circumstances permitted by law, such as where providing access would pose a serious threat to the life or health of any individual, or where access would have an unreasonable impact on the privacy of others. If we refuse a request for access or correction, we will provide you with written reasons for the refusal and information about how you can make a complaint.

We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations (including tax and record-keeping requirements), and to resolve disputes.
